I brought my car to CNS ALASKA Hi-Way for body repairs on January 4th and had my car back on January 11th. The service was great and fast. Employees were kind and courteous and made this very seamless, great customer service. My car looks brand new again, great workmanship and attention to detail; I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

After my car was damaged by someone breaking into my garage, I had an appointment with CSN 10 months later due to a lack of parts. I was given a very good vehicle to drive during the time of the repair.
When I received my car, the wrong mirror was assembled. I pointed it out to them and immediately a new order for the correct part was made. I had to call a few times to keep on track of things.
Although I had to call to track the progress of the ordered part, I was immediately booked in for the repair as soon as it arrived. Everything was completed in a day. I was pleased with all the work completed and the high level of professionalism and service provided by all the staff I encountered. The two ladies in the office were very friendly. The staff was so very helpful and pleasant. Despite the labour challenges they have which caused delays in getting my vehicle in for repair, once we got the appointment scheduled, the work was done well and very quickly. Can't say enough about the customer service I received! Refreshing in today's marketplace.

It took a while to get it in for the repairs but whey the got it in to repair the truck I had it back in a week.They had to do some minor adjustments after but all good now

The people at Alaska hi way auto body were easy to deal with and did a great job on my car. Was nice to get it back all shiny and clean inside and out. The courtesy truck was a nicer vehicle than expected and made my wife feel safe while driving it. I’ve used them before and hopefully won’t have to use them again, but if life rears its ugly head again they’ll be my first and only choice. Thanks once again for making this a great experience.

Alaska HiWay did great, it took a while to get everything sorted but once it was good to go, everything went smoothly and quickly and they were kind enough to provide a complimentary vehicle for us to use while our vehicle got the repairs needed. Our vehicle looks brand new again!
